And got a job with my brother. I'm now working full time at a company called riggotts who specialise in line marking to areas such as car parks etc. It's going very well, but with the demands on my time it leaves me such a less amount of time to train. Pitty about the weather though, it let us down a few times. As the training went on, we discussed and found faster routes to different places! Also i've brought my powerball to Jams now, so that when ever were sat down doing nothing, i shall play :], if not ill do some conditioning as i feel im quite lacking on strengh at the minute.&lt;br type='text'>| Leicester LPK trip |</title><content type='html'>23rd we went to Leicester, woke up early! and got my ass to the trainstation to meet gainey!, then everybody else came later. &lt;br /&gt;When we eventually got there i needed abit of warming up, we first went to the park, were i did a couple of movements such as catpass precision and catpass to lachet, we then moved to a 180 arm jump, which i just couldn't get! after about 5 goes of getting really close i decided to give up and leave it for next time!&lt;br /&gt;we spent the day getting showed around by Callum, which i have to say was a big help! and abit gay too(look at the video) HAHA. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Look out for my bail, you can't acually hear it :o but i cliped my knees on the take off :( which left me type='text'>| Danny Hall Progression |</title><content type='html'>The past couple of weeks we've been training an 11 year old, Danny Hall. Trace 07 |</title><content type='html'>The first day we got there, it was basically a set up and meet everybody session, it went very well, we all went down to the park to do some training, after that we then went back and went to sleep.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day two we travelled up to the peaks, which was amazing, the views from the highest peak were brilliant, and i wish i'd taken my camera! we trained up on the rocks for a good 6-9 hours, before heading back, tired and wanting to get to sleep!, but oh no!! we dressed up as ninjas, and played for a while, before me going to get something and collapsing onto my Swimming pool lilo and falling to sleep :').&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day three we did the same, had more time to go where we wanted and train hard, after we headed back we all brased ourselves for the conditioning ahead, AFTER getting syked up for a hard work out we were told we wasnt doing it!, however i didnt complain, we went back and went to sleep, which then followed in the morning saying good byes and leaving the site.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sorry for this being such a brief description of Trace07, im very tired atm! Stuart slept at mine, then we woke at 4 in the morning, and made our way to the train station. After traveling for 4 hours and 38 minutes we arrived at Liverpool Limestreet station, where we was picked up by a taxi that was sent for us from Andrew. We then arrived at HUB Youth festival, and started setting up our apparatus, which was plastic crates, which we tied together with plastic pull ties. After a day of doing that, we finally finished and went to our appartments which was a student accomodation. The rooms wasn't that nice, but they were okay, they had the relevant things that we needed to survive, such as a shower haha, and a bed, which wasnt that nice, but i some how slept well. Probly due to the amount of work i had done. We then woke up and went to the event, to finally set up the last time, and prepare for the workshops!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When the workshops came, we took groups of people around the HUB festival using different things like trees, and rocks, which were outside the event!&lt;br /&gt;We then made our way up to the production team tent, which we were catered for, with a very nice meal of chilli concarni!. I acually finished stuarts too! haha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We then went back to the accomdation, and slept quite well, and then woke again in the morning, we then did 3 workshops, which went very well! as we all took on about 10 people each and took them around the obsticles. Learning them to roll, jump, and create smooth movements over obstacles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;after that day, we went back to our accomodation and packed, which then that night we travelled down to Dannys house, where we were wellcomed very well, he showed us around a few areas, and his back garden which was very good. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The next day we got up in the morning to sadly say bye to Brad and Ash!, we then conditioned with danny in the day, and trained for a while before it RAINED LIKE HELL!!. That night must of been the best night sleep ever, as danny sacrificed his bed and decided to sleep on his front room rug!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The next day we got up and conditioned for abit, then went out in dannys garden and trained out there for a while,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;object width="425" height="350"&gt;&lt;param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/RpqhlJFoUzc"&gt;&lt;/param&gt;&lt;param name="wmode" value="transparent"&gt;&lt;/param&gt;&lt;embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/RpqhlJFoUzc" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"&gt;&lt;/embed&gt;&lt;/object&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then we went to the pavillian and trained there, which i managed to scale the corner of the wall shifting my weight from side to side. WWJ guys arrived, meet n greet's, then we set up the rest. Once everything was set up, the first session came in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Did a 10 minute warm up.&lt;br /&gt;- Streched and warmed up abit more&lt;br /&gt;- Had time to roam the area with obsticles, to move freely and experiment.&lt;br /&gt;- warmed down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After that the second session came, i didnt participate in the warm up as i was allready warm from the first session yet i did do some streching. &lt;br /&gt;After the second session finished. Jim, dale, stuart and me. with WWJ guys travelled to stuarts aunties where we stopped that night.  Was a great night, watched films etc.. Got to sleep at about 1:00 due to stuart and jim speeking about things i wont mention. &lt;br /&gt;Woke up early sunday at 6:30, had a shower and got ready and waited for some others to drag them selves out of bed. Left the house by 8:30, walked through hartsholme park carrying Logs, for a distance of about, 300M. then walmed up when we got to a few spots. After warming up we travelled to hartsholme community garden, were we trained more. Then trecked through forests for about 15 minutes before getting to morrisons. Bought lots of food, then went into town, most of us was quite nackered by then but i obtained energy from sumwhere and was determined to train!, After training for a while in Lincoln we left and went back to stuarts aunties.&lt;br /&gt;Said bye to the WWJ guys, thanked them for such an awsome weekend :'(.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The weekend was a great turn-out, really made me feel what good you can get out of parkour, friends you can meet.. and the laughs you can have. atmosphere, people who'd never done an armjump before were doing 8 foot level one's and landing them perfectly. type='text'>| Leeds ; 21-02-07 |</title><content type='html'>Got up at 7:00 oclock, got ready to get picked up by jim and stuart, they came at eight, which we then picked up Dale, and drove to Leeds, when got there at about 10:15, we streched and warmed up before trying some stuff at morrisons, which is one of the hotspots for pk in leeds, after that we went around leads in the city center finding various spots to train in until 3. At 3 we met 2 guys from leeds, which then showed us around leeds and some more of the hot spots, at about 5:45 we headed back to the car and went home, arriving at home for about 8. Early morning woke up, to Ian at the door, left shortly for LONDON! But.. Had to stop for breakfast at Mcdonalds haha!, When we got their we parked up outside dales house, and traveled into Edgeware, Its such a great place to train, for every ability! WWJ Sent down guys from the street team, Brad, Binary, Chris, Daniel and Luke. The day was great, i learnt allot from it. Such as its not the move you do.. its the flow you project through it.&lt;br /&gt;The WWJ Guys are really nice, friendly and down to earth. The Workshop was probably the best training session I’ve ever had. The days were well planned by us, and were a great success. Seeing youngster’s faces once they accomplished a certain obstacle was amazing.
